The person behind MSPXU
Manmohan Singh Parmar is an HR professional and entrepreneur based in Noida, Uttar Pradesh. He holds an MBA in Human Resources from Jaipur National University and has completed executive education at IIM Ahmedabad. Before starting his own firm he worked as an HR manager.
In 2020, as the pandemic left millions of Indians looking for work, he started Parmar Consultancy Services with a founding promise: recruitment is always free for candidates. The company has described the decision as turning down a lucrative corporate package in Noida to build it.
In August 2023 he became chairman of Wonton Consulting Private Limited, a consulting and recruitment company incorporated in Patna, Bihar. Today he describes himself as a poet, writer, public speaker, HR consultant, full-stack engineer and artist — and MSPXU is the place where those threads meet.
Works in English, Hindi and Bhojpuri.
